Carbonell was launching it’s product portfolio in South LatAm region and needed an agency to develop the website to showcase: Brand, products, recipes, history, quality process and other key information. It needed to transmit to the end customer a high quality and premium brand with tier 1 imported products for healthy and delicious cooking.
We designed the website taking into consideration the most popular dishes in the region, inspiring consumers to explore their recipes with Carbonells premium products, delivering an astonishing cooking and taste experience. Cooking goes deep into Latin American consumers, hence the visual design had to be attractive and enticing to explore beyond the traditional products.
Carbonell’s marketing department was trained on how to add new blog posts and recipes using the latest SEO strategies to maximize exposure and achieve organic traffic goals. Website also has newsletter subscription module and form for lead capture.
Almazul is one of the biggest designer brand in Colombia, with monthly sales reaching $50.000. However, over the last few years the brand growth peaked, as 100% of sales came from retail stores.
When researching the Colombian market, we made evident that e-commerce was growing 129% YoY and they needed to open their online store to continue with the growth trend. The project started with a consultation, where we understood the clients pain points, brands unique selling proposition and differentiation points. After this, we aligned the graphic concept they wanted to transmit to customers, their digital journey target web traffic, leads, conversion rate and sales.
Currently, e-commerce channel accounts for 25% of the companies total sales (over $18.000), with an increased product margin of 60% since no physical store is needed. The store’s backend is designed in such a way that the client can easily update their product catalog, photos and pricing strategy with just a few clicks.
III Milenio is a family owned business, they design fashion with leather. During the COVID pandemic all of their retail sales dropped and where in need a digital store that could showcase their products with the same quality as physical stores.
During consultation we understood that their products where of the same quality as the market leader, with the added value of a very competitive price point and outstanding designs. What they needed was to amplify their reach and have a compelling brand story. With this we started the design process, very product oriented; we needed consumers to be able to compare III Milenio brand with other market alternatives.

Aquafeel is a leading Water Purifying Solutions company in the United States. They have a proven method; if they can do a product demonstration on customers’ homes, then their closed business ratio goes up to 85%+.
They needed a website where they could explain to the customers how water filters profoundly improve water quality and hence, overall’s family health. If the message was transmitted correctly, they would achieve a higher lead capture. Under this rationale, design had to be really clean & messages very straightforward so consumers could quickly graps the Unique Selling Proposition.
The website is connected to EWG’s Tap Water Database (drinking water quality analysis) for users to have an accurate water quality assessment and a booking system for a free – in home – water test. We’ve also built a login module for their sales representatives. In this module, sales team will get real time updates on commercial incentives, promotions, new water studies, updates sales pitch, new product launches, upcoming events and more. Finally website is integrated with CRM, once a potential customer registers the marketing automation strategy kicks in with a full nurturing program.
